jazz...it's actually my wife's phone. i convinced her company to go with a CDMA carrier and cut off AT&T. Currently working on a bigger company to get them to change (that was what that article I wrote was all about). Anyway, I don't have any idea why they chose Sprint over Verizon. They may have had better sales people for all I know. I have Verizon and have been very happy with them. Sprint may be offering some features sooner than Verizon if I understand what Coots has been saying. Sorry I can't be of more help. Rick
