See, unlike most of you, I don't really care who gets elected. I just think it's very bad for the country to have a leader if that leader was not elected by the will of the people with as much accuracy as we can get.

Some of you want your candidate to win at almost any cost apparently.

No one disputes that the machine cannot always accurately count bent or ballots where the chad is hanging on.

That is why the states allow for a manual recount. It is easy to spot these hanging chads and bent cards. But I am even more bothered by the illegal ballot in Palm County. We are talking about many thousands of votes that do not reflect the will of the people.

I could even accept if the voters screwed up, but not that the ballot layout was illegal. Not that officials (according to the NY Times) would not even grant another ballot to those who mistakenly punched the ballot in a way they did not intend.

That is plain wrong!
