GOODBOTTOM If the kitty tea-leaves are to be of any use, we do seem to be coming into Day 14 of a massive signal-probation period: finance.yahoo.com SCMR is reporting earnings after the close. A nice little cat-apult downward could set off a signal bell that will rattle the universe like the monolith. Signal bell? That makes for a nice Christmas carol: Signal bell, signal bell, it must be bottom-feeding ti-i-i-me ... Sorry, however, for the Mr. Goodbottom. That does have an unfortunate ring.
