Yes! Every judge has left every thing status quo......hopefully this judge will do the same.

They are holding off until the judge's opinion because they do not have the time to finish by 5 PM.

We'll see maybe Bush was not so stupid after all. Saving on court cost.....(I believe the reason they went to court yesterday knowing they would not win, was to set up for appealing the recounting as being unfair if this judge today allowed the recount to go forward.) Then they will appeal the fairness of this recount. JMHO

Will not be responsible for recounting cost I would not think. Bore's bill.

388-Bush

Very Clear: SHALL----do we know what the SHALL is? 5:00 all votes SHALL in or be left out.

The state is speaking and I believe we have a new president....if this judge makes a decision to interfer he has got some big _ _ _ _ _.

PB just voted 2-1 to suspend the recount unless directed by the Fla. Attorney General to proceed.

I say George Bush is in........May the best man win. Maybe he just did.
