This family wrote the book on voting "irregularities". Not hardly, they were good but looking over the American Historical landscape they were about average. Moodys would have rated them a C++. The Longs of Louisiana, and a list from Tammany Hall, to schemes in the early statehood days of the west would make the Daley's demand a recount. I have always felt that those interested in manipulating an election (Democratic and Republican) the paper punch out ballot is a thing of beauty. And thats' why we still have it. Jerome
