My guess is somebody misinterpreted something...There is absolutely NO WAY that these machines have a margin of error of 5 to 7 % that would be absolutely unacceptable..my guess is maybe it is .5 to .7 in other words five tenths or seven tenths of one percent... in the florida election..a recount was required if the vote was closer than .5 meaning five tenths of one percent but I heard media sources misquoting that as five percent also.... rok
