From counsel: Expulsion not impeachment is the proper subject. From Webster's:
Expulsion--to force to leave an organization by official action.
Impeachment--to charge a public official before a competent tribunal with misconduct or crimes.
I also note that the organization in question, chaired variously by Mr. Krim or Mr. Rogers, could never be regarded as a "competent" tribunal.
Should my billing of $450 for this opinion be sent directly to Mr. Krim?
