I think we can expect a number of changes to occur. My understanding is that there is a BOD meeting on the 15th with announcements to follow before the 30th. I believe that Don will be leaving NSI, and that Fogg will take over as President and CEO. I also think that we will see the outstanding shares in NSI be reduced via a deal between Vandenburg and Answers. (ie cancellation of shares in NSI for shares in Answers). Along with the changes we may see some additional news regarding Answers and Ktopia, but I am not so sure that they are willing to release revenue forecasts or details. Time will tell. As a point of reference, I have always been confused/disappointed as to why NSI is unwilling to release financial projections. The reasons provided by NSI management (to me anyway) were that the info was confidential, or that they did not want to violate securities regulations in projections. The first reason seems reasonable, when actual contracts were involved. However, when we are talking about projections, then neither the first or second reason holds water. If some of you long term investors remember the early days when NSI was a filtering company, one of the competitors was a company called Net Nanny. A recent announcement by Net Nanny can be found by doing a search on SI (symbol NNS), where Net Nanny seems to be able to provide some financial model information without any repercussions from the securities regulators. NSI should take notice. Analysts and investors will need this type of info to make investment decisions. Now that NSI is an "accelarator" and not an operating company, they have the additional challenge of explaining the value (present and future) of their appcos that are being accelerated in development.
