Exactly... it is apparent that the original vote may have been the most fair.

Because it was ridden with precise mistakes? ROTFLMAO I don't think so. (Is this like your "not starving" as a standard of care argument?)

In one county they're using the penetration v. pregnancy standard. If the hole was penetrated with the stylus (but the chad still hangs) rather than completely punched-out they're counting it as a vote (provided no double punching.) I believe that is a reasonable read of a voter's intent whether the vote goes to Bush or Gore.

Interesting on Broward...I'll have to see what I can find.
