There's a new lawsuit to deny Bush-Cheney the Texas votes. The suit claimed this ticket violated the constitution for having 2 inhabitants from the same state.

It's so ironic that the president is now on the radar screens a lot of wise men from both parties as probably the only one who has a shot at helping to resolve this matter. If he did and Bush won, would the Republicans clean up the national archive records for him? Would they stop their concerted dirt throwing efforts at him and his wife?

If Bush won, would Hillary run in 2004?
