LOL, I agree with you. Some of the old HK farts should get some civil education. But you have to understand "not" lot of people have a chance to get some good education. As I've said before, the British education system suck. Time to move on.

As far as your tax matter, I personally think the immigration department isn't related to the tax collector. So don't worry. Anyway, do you have a chance to contact your personal financial lawyer ?
