Where have you been...the ballot was NOT illegal...and the State of Florida has no standards for a manual recount...thus the results would be totally subjective.

Ensure greater accuracy...I think not. Bush does not care if he would pick up extra votes in other counties...it would and could go on forever...he wants closure...and so do the American people.
