" Now for the person who is already very happy and is not doing anything wrong, and who has never lost control, and who has always had an internal moral compass, what is the need to choose among a host of seemingly irrational choices, a God or Gods to worship?
The reason is very simple really. You, at some point in the future, will like the rest of us, die. Then you will have to come to terms with the fact that you have not always obeyed that moral compass, you have indeed lost control, and you had plenty of information in order to make a rational choice to receive forgiveness for those, shall we call them mistakes, through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. You chose not to. That is your prerogative X.
Have a good day
Greg
