Yes! Each county must send their certification to the state by 5:00 PM (which is today) 7 days after the election, if not put them dudes in the trash you are out of luck. Will not be counted. I heard one State official say preliminary certification tonight and then final certification Friday night. decision coming any moment as to extending the deadline....... looks like the old law said Shall and the new law say May.....geez! dealie
