David, we are now at the flip of the coin stage for this market right now that I mentioned in MITA update last night.

If the judge extends the count beyond 5 p.m. today the market will intially sell and then close where it will close.

If the deadline is upheld and the 5 p.m. deadline sticks- the market will melt-up this afternoon. Index Prices now:

DOW +100
COMP +120
NDX +125
SPX +23
SOX+27
IIX +17
BKX +9
