And according to several dozen people (including hard line Rep's on MSNBC) the ballot used in Palm County was NOT the one that appeared in publications for comment.

Finally it doesn't matter if a Democrat or Republican or a gecko designed the ballot. If it was illegal and deprived others of the right to have a clear ballot, then that is the issue.

Stop making this about Gore or Bush, it is about the right of people to have a ballot that is legal.

Also, according to the NY Times, officials at some polling sites refused to give others a new ballot when they became confused and mis-punched.
