I think the Republicans should countersue and insist that Palm Beach County has the right to abort the pregnant ballots.

I also think it is hilarious that the Democratic Party is suing the Democrats on the canvassing board of Broward County to force a manual recount after they decided it wasn't necessary.

Nor are they letting the Tues. 5 PM deadline law stand in their way. You know there is "just no controlling legal authority" in Al Gore's campaign.
