ZURICH-- IPirion AG, a voice-over-Internet-protocol carrier and subsidiary of Red Cube International AG, a provider of Internet protocol and Web-based communications services, said it has reached an an interconnection agreement with iBasis Inc (IBAS) of the U.S..
