WOW! Gore really won the ruling. Here's why! Basically the counties can keep counting as judge allows supplemental counts to be submitted and says the Sec. of State must consider them. She cannot force the counting to stop which is certainly what Bush wanted. THINK OF THIS: If the ongoing counts show that Gore has in effect taken the lead, watch out! This will get really heated and I believe she will HAVE to allow them. How could she not?
