sounds like the judge in the text of his decision, reminded
the Sec. of State that she did have discretion in allowing for an extension of the certification deadline.
(republican that she is, she ruled yesterday based on a strict interpretation of the law)

Fla.State Supreme Court is democratic.
they may decide to somehow allow discretion to be put back into the interpretation of the law, circumstances being what they are here.
