For those of you who didn't catch 22 Minutes last night, they're doing an electronic petition based on a promise in the Alliance Party platform, which states that a referendum on any subject will take place if a petition is signed by 3% of the voting public. That translates into about 350,000 signatures. So 22 Minutes has posted a petition on their website demanding that a referendum take place that makes Stockwell Day change his first name to Doris.
