from what i understand of the process so far the matter can't be dragged through the courts forever. in fact, i'd expect the courts to ultimately squash the entire ridiculous to and fro and impose some kind of deadline after all. i also think that there is a potential problem developing w.r.t. the fact that re-counts seem to be done exclusively in districts that are strongholds of one of the parties...if this is done at all, why not everywhere?
don't answer that...only the losers are complaining is why.

for next time i recommend this:

fourth graders had no trouble with the ballot:

worldnetdaily.com

democrats telemarketed the complaint campaign:

"Faced with a cliffhanger election, the Democratic Party directed a telemarketing firm on election night to begin calling thousands of voters in Palm Beach. The mission: To raise questions about a disputed ballot and urge voters to contact local election officials."

dailynews.yahoo.com

my comment: a democrat designed the ballot - it was published for review well in advance - nobody complained then. case closed.
