ACEN-moning back up-many sold incorrectly thinking NOV 6 was last day to own for dividend but NASD,SEC,& brokerages are saying must own on NOV 16 and anyone who sold or sells before NOV 17 owes dividend[DUE BILLS] to those who buy their stock
