Puck is what Puck does. A lover of the Authoritarian European Socialist traditions, he feels most uncomfortable in the rough and tumble free for all environment we value so much in the US. Like all Euro socialist serfs, in his heart of hearts he yearns for an orderly world where authority figures tell you what to do, and where, if you play your cards right, you can someday become an authority figure yourself and suppress the creative ideas and emotions that occasionally do well up in the hearts of the lowly European citizens despite the fact that they have been conditioned by thousands if years of oppressive rule.

If you want to see how the collective European mind willingly and subconciously becomes an extension of the authority figures, just jay walk or break a line in Germany and wait for even the grandmothers to decend on uttering ugly tones with fingers shaking.
