Long, quite the opposite and you know it. Deadlines force people to rush and make mistakes, stay up all night without sleep and make it impossible to get the whole count done.

This is your worst assertion yet. You sound like a mistrusting individual that seems to believe the worst in people. It sounds like either people are you friend or your enemy. That things are either totally wrong or right. I think that is sad.
