The 5PM deadline looms. I have received word from an observer frind of mine via cellphone that the "counters" have changed the rules - now for the 3rd time - perhaps you will read this on Drudge later -

IN ORDER TO MAKE THE 5 PM DEADLINE, THEY ARE ONLY COUNTING EVERY "OTHER" BUSH VOTE AND INCLUDING EVERY GORE VOTE.

That speeds up the counting process. If you assume roughly equal number of votes, you are getting rid of 25% of the work. I AM READY TO MOVE TO CANADA.
