Well, Greta, at least you are coming around to a more reasonable viewpoint, but remember Gore has not lost anyway until the thousands of absentees are counted.

Also, there was nothing wrong with Gore asking for a 1% sample recount in certain counties. It is provided for under FL law. The law is the law. It is not right to criticize a candidate for exercising his rights, particularly when the absentee votes weren't in yet anyway.

Bush picked up a 100 votes on a recount in one county.
