The unborn should IMO be property of the mother to do with as she will until there is a reasonable chance of their living with only ordinary maternal care outside the mother's body. She has no obligation to provide this maternal support or to permit someone else to provide intensive care to her delivered fetus, but the state should consider providing such unusual support (although there is no important reason to do so.
The father loses ownership of his sperm when he inserts them in the woman's (or man or animal's) body.
