Cardinal Tech Drops Prices On 33.6 Kbps Modems By 30%
LANCASTER, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Cardinal Technologies Inc. (CRTK) dropped prices on its 33.6 Kbps-capable modems by about 30%.
In a press release, the company said the change covers seven products, including its internal fax modem with voicemail, which will be available for $139, down from $185.
Cardinal said the changes include modems with voice mail and speakerphone.
Nasdaq-traded shares of U.S. Robotics Corp. (USRX), a leading maker of modems, closed today at 77 3/4, down 3 points on the day.
Cardinal, a member of the Paul Allen group of companies, makes 33.6 Kbps modems. |
