And: As businesses replace phones, fax machines and people with highly customized automated services, this places considerable burden on database and data warehouse servers. End user populations grow, applications become increasingly personalized, and the reliance on database services becomes even more critical. And, then if they want to glibly say the PC industry is over saturated and money can't be made in that space anymore. Only then, I wouldn't agree, but I wouldn't be so angry over the vapidness of the talking head. Mary
