The law clearly dictates that the minor party candidates "follow" the major party candidates. The ballot violated this rule. Bush had to be listed first on the ballot, and Gore second. This was also violated. Just curious, how do you read a book? First down the left side and then the right page? How about a newspaper with columns? First the left and then move to the right? Bush was first, Gore was second.
