Bernard: It still appears to me that Winstar's licenses, technology, and product offerings make it a more unique and valuable clec than any clec that just has fiber and/or DSL as its last mile solution. Winstar and XOXO and Teligent (to the extent it gets funding) can get to a large universe of buildings that the other clecs and RBOCs just can't without the wireless licenses. Isn't the competition in the clec space less of an issue for them?
