FRO should not buy any more companies. It should put itself on the
block. In the future, SIZE will play a major role on the suvivability
of a telecomm. company. Did everybody see WSJ's news about the merger
talk between AT&T and SBC today?

FRO in the long term is NOT going to survive by itself. If it pays
more premium to buy more companies, it is digging its own grave. Just
take a look at a couple of paging and cable companies which over
leveraged themselves for doing too many acquisitions and they are all
in terrible financial shape.

Therefore, FRO'd better NOT buy any more companies NOW. It is
already OVER leveraged.
