Yes, WIND is a partner with Intel on XScale but only as far as integrating it with VxWorks/IxWorks. XScale hardware is not exclusive to WIND. I still think the real action is in Japan with NTT DoCoMo. They are launching an i-mode phone in December with Java capabilities. If the Java capabilities become popular then that should play into WIND's hands.
