Do you see the analogy between the "Recount until I win then we will finally stop" and the Microsoft Anti-Trust case. (For one, the immediate appeal to the US Supreme Court to preclude MS from getting a determination from the Court of Appeals) You cannot continue to redefine the rules to effect the outcome based on a definition of what that outcome should be. That's what Boies did for Judge Jackson; that's what he was brought into do here. I don't know about you, but I am becoming personally offended.

There is no fraud and it is becoming apparent that a recount in a democratic precinct is simply statistically going to result in more, possible subjective, democratic votes in direct relation to the total vote of the precinct, with the possible introduction of some inconsistant subjective determination. And it is Florida's right to determine what to do under their laws.
