I don't have a link because I heard it myself live on CNN. Evidently so did Randy Felt. So I am the link. He actually said, "The market goes up and the market goes down ". This part was the paraphrase - "the market moves in the last week have nothing to do with politics" - but it was very close. He had just been asked to respond to Jim Baker's comments regarding the market being unsettled because of the uncertainty about who would win the election and when it would be over.
