APPLE VALLEY, Calif., Nov 14, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CobraTech International
Inc., formally known as, Deadman's Point Inc. (OTCBB: DMPT), a Nevada
Corporation, Tuesday announced that its Board of Directors approved a name
change of the company from Deadman's Point Inc. to CobraTech International Inc.,
effective immediately.

The new trading symbol for CobraTech International Inc. will be (OTCBB:COBB)
effective Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2000.

The Board also announced a stock dividend of 30 new shares for every one old
share. The record date for the dividend is Nov. 9, 2000, with a pay date of Nov.
10, 2000. The dividend shall increase the issued and outstanding to 25,200,030
shares of common stock. The company's transfer agent is Signature Stock
Transfer, Addison, Texas.

In addition, the Board announced the hiring of John Devlin as president/CEO and
board member. Devlin brings to the company 25 years of experience in mining
exploration and development.
