If you thought going to the bathroom at your place of work was a private thing well guess again. The videotaping of at least one Varian company bathroom in Palo Alto, California is once again acknowledged this time in this letter: geocities.com from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe attorney, Lynne C. Hermle, who denies that the inside of a Varian bathroom was indeed secretly videotaped by her clients Varian Medical Systems (VAR), Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates (VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk despite black and white photographs made from the video that unequivocally prove otherwise. Amazing, how far some lawyers will go to defend this unspeakable invasion of work-place privacy. Is Lynne C. Hermle a liar or just blind? The photos Varian has already surrendered showing me inside the bathroom do not LIE!
