only numbers I have heard
in 1996 Dole got 55% of FL absentees
Clinton won the state

Bush should do well on absentees

I cannot even get a reasonable estimate of how many FL absentee ballots will be submitted

Calif had one million
I hear FL is expecting 5-10k
county is seeing heavy absentee submissions so far

all above numbers are weak, best I have dug up
