dba Signs OEM Agreements
November 14, 2000: North Vancouver, B.C. - dba Telecom Corporation (CDNX: DBA) announces that it has signed Product Sourcing Agreements with Voice Logic, Inc. of Dallas, Texas.
Voice Logic, Inc. has designed a range of switch, voice mail and auto attendant products that complements dba’s ST series of phones. Under the agreements, the companies will begin joint sales and marketing campaigns to introduce each others products into established and developing markets. They will also bundle equipment, creating a packaged telephony solution for the small and medium business market.
Garry Hines, President and CEO, said "we are very pleased to reach this agreement with Voice Logic as they have an expanding range of competitively priced products. These agreements allow both companies to expand their product portfolios and gain entry into wider customer bases. We expect that this will result in increasing revenues early next year as our products become fully integrated. The signing of these agreements also provides us with an opportunity to further expand our relationship with Voice Logic.”
