The good news on the Cramer/Greenberg beat
is that TSCM should go under within 9 months,
so they'll need to move their act somewhere
else. Cramer has bashed CLECS since 1998
when he discovered them and played the momentum
game by jumping on ICGX and ICIX shortly before
they tanked. Since that time, he has been on a bash
the CLECs mode. No attempt at differentiating
the quality CLECS from bad ones.

Re. electricity in CA. It is very unfortunate that
deregulation occured at a time was there was too
little capacity in the state. Ultimately, competition
should solve this problem, but the politicians may not
give it enough time. It's likely to get very ugly,
between large increases in electricity/gas bills, or
utilities left cripple with huge unreimbursed expenses.
Californians tend to be a bit of cry babies, since factored
over a year their utility bills are very modest when
compared to residents of the Northeast or Midwest.
