The point is that there are technicalities on both sides. Cheney did not move his registration back to Wyoming until he was in the run for the vp nomination.

This thread claims Gore trying to steal the presidency (after the vote) : but who is to say that one of the Bushes did not steal it (while the vote was going on). Why are they afraid of a hand recount of the whole state?

Does the timing justify the theft?
