Currently, market is going sideways. Stuck in a notch. Lack of new cash coming into Wall street is the way to look at this market. Tax loss selling may be already done by the most part. Some recovery moves may come our way now. If you love the same stocks, you can buy back one month after tax loss selling. You may also use the cash to buy the good names at a bargain. Some up days just feels that way. Patient investors will still wait until the end of the year to pick the stock that can have the best gains in the January effect.
