Brightpoint and OmniSky Enter Into Integrated Logistics Services
Agreement

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 2000--Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL - news) announced today that
its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America, Inc., has entered into an agreement with OmniSky Corporation (NASDAQ:OMNY - news), the award-winning
provider of branded wireless Internet and e-mail services for users of handheld devices. Under the two-year agreement, Brightpoint will provide integrated logistics
services including packaging, fulfillment and other support services.

Brightpoint will provide fulfillment of OmniSky wireless service software and modems to retail channel partners and customers who purchase direct from OmniSky.

The OmniSky wireless Internet and e-mail service is available for the Hewlett-Packard Jornada 540 Series Pocket PC, Handspring Visor Platinum and Visor
Prism and Palm V and Palm Vx handheld devices. OmniSky is currently sold through over 1,500 leading consumer electronics retailers, online stores and direct
marketers including AT&T Stores, CDW, CompUSA, Datavision, Franklin Covey, Fry's Electronics, J&R Computer World, Micro Center, PC Connection, RCS
