Wouldn't this position it squarely against the PIII? Considering that the PIII will constitute the majority of Intel's unit sales, as well as revenues, for at least the next 3 quarters, I think it would be foolish of Intel to position another chip in that segment. The P4 die is simply too big compared to the PIII (for the low-mid-end market).
