...The CEO is not going to state negative issues that may or may not exist in the future... I agree, but I don't think he would come out and lie to the shareholders either. He said they do not need additional financing in NY yesterday. Each shareholder must take it upon themselves as to the truthfulness of Jim Crowe. ...Why are bondholders stating there is a significant risk with the viability of the company? (Keeping in mind that they receive their money back prior to any shareholders.)... I am interested in this also, but where did you get your facts. Do you have another source or link you can share or are you relying on the street.com article? ...All in all, we think these shares are unsuitable for most investors... Again, I couldn't agree more. Not an investment for the weak of heart. I would like to read the entire value line article if it is available before commenting out of context. Do you have a link? ...People seem to have anger against those that post opposing views... I don't think you are referring to me on this one.
