I added CU to my stocks to consider buying this morning, felt something was up. Now this merger. Nightly Business Report says 2.5 shares CU for each HFS, WSJ says 2.4031. Doesn't seem quite right does it? May be the high multiple. As you might expect, CU trading down and HFS up after market close. Regards
