Yes, it certainly will. I have no doubt that Bush will prove to be an excellent president, unlike Gore.
As for impeachment, Clinton did break the law. I am sure partisanship entered into it, as well as a general feeling that Clinton had done wrong WRT campaign financing, the Lincoln Bedroom, Paula Jones, Whitewater, Travelgate, etc. etc.
Gore, however, presents another picture. The Presidency at all costs, the Union be damned! His claims of listening to the "popular vote" which is not yet complete is a violation of the Constitution.
