Yes, that IS a serious charge against Democrat hack Roberts, much more serious than any allegations about the privileged judicial due process that Sec. of State Harris has sought for the State of Florida, after seeking advice of counsel. But moreover, since when is it a partisan hack action for the Republican Sec. of State to ask the Democrat-controlled, FL State Supreme Court to take control? I really don't think David Boies or Derschowitz will make that argument to them. LOL.
