Just spoke with Paul Henry. He's still upbeat, acknowledges that Reliant and Affinity have taken longer than expected to close, notes that the author of the LocalBusiness.com article makes a number of misstatements
(ex., Reliant is a publicly traded company with yearly revenues of almost $40M). Overall message was tigi has been running on fumes for about 4 years, and things are looking much better now than they have been. Said Reliant and Affinity are going well but need to close for tigi success, and did not mention any major obstacles.
